  • Each week, we’ll dive into what’s working, troubleshoot what’s not, and come up with concrete, personalized action steps—the kind you’ll actually be held accountable for. This might look like:

    • Hitting your daily protein target

    • Including fruits and veggies at each meal

    • Portioning out snacks to avoid mindless munching

    • Committing to a set number of workouts or movement sessions each week

    No vague goals or “try harder” pep talks here. Just real, doable targets that we’ll track together—and tweak as needed to fit your life.

  • No calorie or macro tracking unless that’s something that you want. You’ll journal your food (but not forever) and how it makes you feel—physically and emotionally.

    This isn’t about judgment; it’s about awareness. A lot of mid-life women benefit by using this tool to track just protein and fiber.

    This is something we will figure out together based on your eating history.

  • No more guessing, Googling, or bouncing between meal plans.

    You’ll get nutrition support that’s evidence-informed, realistic, and totally tailored to you—your body, your preferences, your goals.

    We’ll focus on:

    • Building balanced, satisfying meals (yes, including food you actually enjoy)

    • Understanding what your body needs in midlife, from protein and fiber to hydration and blood sugar balance

    • Making sustainable shifts—not cutting out entire food groups or forcing you to eat like someone you’re not

    Together, we’ll create an approach that feels good and works long-term. No more one-size-fits-all rules—just food that fits your life.

  • Because it’s not just about what you eat. We’ll also work on the “why” behind your patterns, challenge unhelpful thinking, and rewire your relationship with food, your body, and your health through a number of helpful tools and resources I provide.

  • You won’t be left to figure things out alone between calls. You’ll have multiple touch points to stay on track.

    Here’s what that looks like:

    • 3x/week short accountability check-ins to keep your goals front and center

    • Voice and text support throughout the week for questions, mindset shifts, and “I need a reset” moments

    • Regular follow-through through via other tools I provide for the habits and actions you committed to—because consistency is where the magic happens

    Whether you need a cheerleader, a gentle nudge, or a little tough love, I’m in your corner—every step of the way.

  • We’ll factor in your busy schedule, family life, energy levels, and even your cravings—because the plan has to work in real life, or it won’t work at all.

  • We’ll hop on a complimentary 15-minute consult call to go over your goals and to make sure we’re the right fit! During this call, we’ll also go over any questions you might have before choosing the service that’s right for you!

  • Once you’ve booked your service, you’ll receive an invoice where you can sign on the dotted line.

  • Upon payment, I’ll send you a thorough intake form to help me understand your unique needs and create a plan that will work for you!

  • Once I have received your intake form, we will book our first coaching call and begin the process of helping you finally ditch the diet.
