Your guide and cheerleader through rediscovering wellness.

Hey, I’m Stacy, your guide and cheerleader through rediscovering wellness in your midlife.

I’m an avid cookbook buyer (and online recipe user), a workout class junkie, and a sun chaser (catch me in Palm Springs often).

Welcome to my holistic nutrition space, where I help you ditch the diet and embrace real-life health because you want to be healthy, feel healthy, and, yes, look good – whatever that might mean for you.

From serial dieter to cereal lover.

My perfect life wasn’t on the other side of a diet dictator’s paid program. Instead, it had more to do with my daily habits.

I grew up surrounded by nonstop messaging from diet culture telling me that I wasn’t good enough. I tried everything, from Susan Powter (“Stop the Insanity”) to Suzanne Sommers (“Eat Great, Lose Weight”)! Realizing how much I had missed out on because of my obsession, I wanted to figure out nutrition once and for all.

I got my Natural Nutrition Diploma in 2017, on the search for the perfect elusive diet when I found out there wasn’t one. Yes, it took me over 30 years to finally stop worrying about lemon water detoxes, my kid eating one too many girl guide cookies, and shedding the pounds to look like 20-year-old me.

I’ve probably tried that too..

Wellness can be like your morning cup of coffee, reality TV episode, online shopping — it’s all healthy in moderation.

This seems simple, but too often, we use food as a solution when mindset actually is.

I went back to the basics of good sleep, mindful movement, proper self-care, challenging my thoughts and realistic nutrition — you know, all the unsexy stuff — and I started feeling really good in my body.

I have found that there are 4 parts to lasting change: acceptance of where you are, awareness of what you need to do, aligning your actions to your values, and some accountability to keep going.

My clients started eating healthier, were less stressed about “falling off the wagon”, and, yes, shed those pounds they wanted to lose. But more importantly, they uncovered what worked well to feel at home in their body.

“Stacy is what every woman needs in her life!”

I came to Stacy’s program at a time when I needed some extra guidance and accountability to help me reach my health goals. What I love so much about Stacy is that while I was always fixated on a number I had to reach, she was always able to see the big picture and help me, both emotionally and physically.

The titles that define me.

Mom

Being a mom to Maya made me think about the habits and behaviours I wanted to pass down to her and the ones I wanted to end.

Holistic Nutrition Coach

I’m a cheerleader, not in the traditional sense, but seeing women reclaim their health and wellness gets me riled up. I will always support you no matter what journey you’re on.

Spanish Speaker

I have a degree in Latin American Studies from U of C. I LOVE the Spanish language and fondly remember my spring semester in Guadalajara, MX, and block week in Mexico City.

Reality TV Lover

Life’s too short not to watch the drama. 90 Day Fiancé, Below Deck, Real Housewives, Selling Sunset, yes, please.

Wannabe Barista

I’m a coffee nerd. Catch me chatting about the perfect roast. I mean, I did work at Phil & Sebastian as an office manager for a while, although they wouldn’t let me pull the shots.

Self Help Junkie

I started reading Wayne Dyer and Brian Tracy in my late teens, and I’ve been hooked ever since. My best book recommendations are Atomic Habits and Loving What Is.

Tennis Fan

My family and I are nuts about tennis. We go to the Indian Wells tennis tournament every year, and my favourite player is Maria Sakkari.

The keys to real wellness.

Authenticity

Nothing is ever one size fits all. Deep dives, personalized coaching, and mindset shifts help me craft a plan around what is actually accomplishable for you.

Empathy

I get it because I’ve been there, done that, got the T-shirt as far as wellness is concerned — nothing shocks me.

Awareness

I know I don’t have all the answers, and I’m not afraid to admit it. The basis of my coaching is matching the science with what feels right for you.

Fun

Because if you aren’t having a good time, what’s the point? Real wellness is about focusing on what is going to make you feel good.

Stop obsessing over food choices
